At Books2Door, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your books in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Books

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected from damage during transit, and include a note with your RMA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned books, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
